There was two paramedics that attended my property today to take care of my partner who suffered some burns . These two paramedics are called olaf and Dominic. They both come into my house and re assured my partner as quickly as possibly about her situation and helped to calm the nerves . These two paramedics really deserve all the praise that I can get them as they really are the ideal sort off people you want working for your services Thank you guys

Had the "pleasure" of having an ambulance attend my Mother in Law yesterday , The crew Lucy and Harrison were absolutely brilliant , great team , even got us coffee and sandwiches when we arrived in A&E , popped in to see if we were ok when they came in again , very professional and wonderfully kind , Thanks

Did not attend cat 1 emergency where patient was on their own, the switchboard phoned around 1hr later, (after the 1 hour time limit in which treatment needed to have been given) resulting in 2 day stay in hospital and short term damage to the liver, both of which could have been avoided if treatment given within the hour. Patient was made to call a relative to collect them and take them to hospital, The paramedics themselves are absolutely brilliant and none of this is their fault, this is mismanagement from higher up and lack of NHS funding. The QA hospital causes a lot of problems with delayed handover and it would probably be quicker if they were allowed to take patients to Chichester hospital instead.(they aren't allowed unfortunately)
