        If I could give this lady a zero rating I would ! My partner and I went in today and was met with a disgusting look and asked if we had masks ? I said no she then shook her head and wasnt prepared to serve us ! I would like to add there was a big plastic screen between us . We immediately left feeling very shocked and went around the corner to Aura jewellers , a completely different experience . AVOID AVOID

        Rory offers excellent customer service and my family has been using his expertise for many years. He has a wealth of knowledge and can answer any Qs relating to looking after or purchasing jewellery. His valuations are so accurate, well presented and value for money at 1% of the valuation or 20, dependant on the value of the item. (He advises to keep these estimates up to date for insurance purposes, to reflect your current value). I would highly recommend the ethical jeweller in Otley as Rorys customer service and customer care is the reason we keep returning and are happy to support our local businesses.
