Great place for folk to settle down + feel safe. Very clean + well maintained inside + outside. Great for anyone on their own as there's a communal sitting room, kitchen + laundrette. Residents can socialise in the sitting room + keep each other company. Had a great time while visiting my Dad here + was made to feel really welcome by the other residents/tenants from other flats.
