Networx

I had a really disappointing experience with Networx. I applied for a position they were marketing on behalf of Alliance Automotive Group but heard nothing. The application deadline lapsed and the position was re-advertised and so at this point, I assumed I hadn't been successful and that Networx didn't send notifications of outcomes to candidates. However, concerned that maybe my application had been overlooked, I sent an email to them asking for confirmation that I had been unsuccessful so that I could move on with my job search but, perhaps unsurprisingly, I never received a reply to the email either. I would be very concerned if I were a client of Networx - prospective candidates not receiving any information back regarding applications might think this lax approach is the fault of the Company offering the position, and not Networx as is actually the case.

Terrible customer service, their wording in their emails rejecting candidates is very poor talk about harsh and to the point they certainly don't care about the affect their wording can have on an individual that might be struggling with mental health or confidence.
