The attitude ofyou chase us, to purchase from usisnt the most effective sales technique, when there are other stores even locally, who sell the same products as youso what is your USP?? a recommendation if its hard to keep notes of customers wanting a certain item, recommend possibly a little more enthusiasm form your Office Manager, and less hostility, and a more positive interaction to take that sale one step nearer, is to pop to a stationery store and buy an A5 book and make a note of names/numbersnot to tell potential customers to do the chasing, especially when the call back is offered in the first instanceoff putting to say the leastneed to be more customer centricand less laissez faire, less hostile and aggressive and encourage customnot all consumers have access to websites/internet, can be partially sighted/have learning disabilities etcbut still want to buy your productsbad attitude and a lack of being customer centric doesnt fill the consumer with a lot of confidence, looks quite rude, and they go else whereentertaining when stores respond with toxic aggressive responses and accusations of lying because they know they are wrong and dont appreciate all feedback is good feedback and instead display bullying tacticstouched a nerve there may be try harder and try old fashioned customer care instead ofcustomercouldnt care less
