Receptionist here seem to be on a power tripand have an attitude problem. Been trying to get through to the surgery since Tuesday morning but I keep getting cut off when I get further down the que. Wouldn't make me a doctors appointment and told me to ring back on my break or lunch.. for what to be cut off again? The doctors and nurses here are the best about it's just a shame about the front of house.

The worst surgery ever! The receptionist team are useless and quite frankly give you mixed signals when your phoning up about personal matters! During the pandemic doctors haven't done anything to help the actual sick or dying patients never in the history of mankind have we had to deal with a virus that isn't actually that bad! Nobody can have access to proper care because it's all over the phone.. how can one diagnose someone over the phone. When are doctors going to help other health care workers who have to deal with this virus hands on! Ridiculous

The doctors have been excellent, and having recently changed from the other practice in Otley, this practice really stands out as organised, helpful and caring.

Phoning up at 08.01 and being told that the "waiting time is at it's full capacity" - poor service!!
