Staff are lovely but later opening time, makes it really difficult for full time workers to collect parcels!! 0730 made it much more accessible

Driver didnt knock, just shoved a card through the postbox. My neighbour was less than 3 meters from him but he didnt even attempt to leave the package with him. It was not for signed or secured delivery. The card was ready before he even got to the door. So Christmas Eve, When I followed opening hours from Google, the delivery office was closed. 2 people inside, close to the door. If they had given me a chance to explain I could have told them about the postman and that the package was an important Christmas present. But no. They just ignored me. Great customer service by Otley delivery office. Merry Christmas, scrounges the lot of them.
