Love4bags, great to deal with. Having purchased a Royal Botanical Hand Cream Gift Set on their website and paying for standard postage I called their shop to ask if it could be sent off as soon as possible to reach a friend before Friday. Carla was very helpful and rushed my order through very quickly and dashed off to get it in the post. What a great service, I shall certainly recommend Love4bags to my friends and hopefully buy from them in the future as well as call in at their shop in Otley when I'm able. Website good to negotiate but could do with a box to fill in for a gift & message to be sent to someone other than the card holders address. A great experience. Date of experience: 29 March 2023
