Amazing team! Special mention has to be made of Josh Carroll though.....so very helpful, knowledgeable and extremely good at dealing with tricky buyers and tardy solicitors! Josh was always very professional and dealt admirably with a very lengthy sale. I always felt listened to and able to ask questions. Hardisty recently sold my mother in laws flat just outside Leeds. With us living in Berkshire it wasn't easy with viewings and queries but Joe Langley was very helpful and kept us up to date with progress. Living in the South once a purchaser had been found they put us in contact with Gordons LLP who they work alongside and things progressed fairly smoothly to a conclusion and completion last week.

The Prestige team have been helpful, efficient attentative at all times. This began with discussions around our concerns about putting our house up for sale at a time when interest rates were increasing where they were reassuring. Their confidence proved to be correct as we were able to sell house quickly whilst exceeding the asking price. The Prestige team organised and attended all the viewings allowing us to take a break away over a weekend. They kept me informed of progress and responded quickly to any questions I had.
