        Purchased a home that was being sold through Dale Eddison. All staff I spoke to (Abigail and Liz) were very friendly and helpful, working with the vendors and solicitors to help chase where necessary and answer any questions we had. We had a couple of houses fall through with different estate agents before this and Dale Eddison were definitely the most helpful out of the few we dealt with.

        My Dad sold his house through Dale Eddison of Otley and I have to say how tirelessly the whole team worked to get the sale done without any stress for my Dad. If anything needed chasing or sorting out for him they took control and did everything impeccably. Would highly recommend.

        This is the 2nd time we have sold through Dale Eddison in Otley. Yet again the service provided by Liz, Abigail and Gary was 2nd to none. The valuation was accurate and they marketed the house excellently causing our house to sell immediately. The whole process went smoothly from start to finish all due to their knowledge and professionalism. They dealt with any queries instantly and were always there to offer advice when we needed. Definitely recommend them as your go to local estate agent.
