The premises at DNA are comfortable and relaxing. Pay a visit should you be in the market for quality HiFi, you will not be disappointed. DNA Audio caters for entry-level to top end systems and your associated budget whatever that might be. Darren was very accommodating taking time to address my questions which were dealt with in a helpful and informative way without any sales pressure. He has extensive knowledge covering all his brands and their models. My technical enquiries were answered to reassure me and were clear and easily understood. He has good contacts should more in depth detail be required. Demonstrations on the premises were enjoyable and gave a good indication that the auditioned equipment was appropriate for my audio and technical expectations. This was invaluable to screen a variety of products giving me a short list of suitable equipment. If you are not sure it is even possible to have a home demonstration for confirmation. You can take as long or be as brief as you like as Darren is keen to ensure you make a decision that you are comfortable and happy with. I initially upgraded my Rega amplifier. I then upgraded my speakers from Linn to Neat Acoustics as soon as I was familiar with the sound of the new amplifier. Darren installed all my equipment which simplified the whole process, removed any anxieties as well as ensuring everything was OK and performed to its maximum. I am extremely pleased with the whole experience and my purchases, so much so, that I purchased some long awaited HiFi furniture from DNA Audio too!

Picked up my new Fyne speakers from Darren at DNA Audio yesterday. Absolutely love the speakers and they were a very good price too!

My advice is DO NOT use DNA Audio! There is a friendly and relaxed atmosphere and Darren is very knowledgeable. But you will fall in love with something you shouldnt and end up spending way more than you thought. Save yourself and go to Argos!

Thoroughly recommend DNA for a great personal and professional service. I am the very lucky recipient of a P10 Rega deck and Aura phono amplifier. Darren is extremely personable and flexible, delivering and installing my new kit, delighted on all counts. Happy listening!
