We just bought a house through Dacres and the service from Helen was excellent throughout. Always on top of the detail without being overbearing and just helpful throughout. We dont intend to move any time soon but if we did, wed have no hesitation using them

Estate agents don't always get a good rap so when praise is due, I like to give it. I cannot recommend Dacres more highly. Tim Usherwood and his team at the Otley branch couldn't have been more helpful and professional in the nearly 2 years (!) it has taken to sell my mother's house. Our first sale fell through due to a subsidence issue identified in the buyer's report, so their letting team swung into action to help us let the property while we went through the tedious insurance claim process. Once that was completed, they were back on the case and extremely helpful as I was selling on behalf of my mother from a distance. Worth every penny of their fee!
