I have been going to see Sylvia for about two years. She is a lovely person and a great therapist. I either have a back of body massage or the Ayurvedic Massage, when I have the back of body, Sylvias technique is very intuitive and she really works out those niggles and releases the aches and pains of daily life (and old sports/life injuries). The Ayurvedic Massage is a very uplifting and positive massage which is brilliant for re-energising when I feel flat. I would definitely recommend Sylvia and the treatments above.

Have had massages with Sylvia many times over the years and have always had a very good experience. She listens to what you need and adapts each treatment accordingly. I have very stiff shoulders and due to large heavy breasts my neck also is a problem area. Sylvia has consistenly made sure that the correct time and pressure is given to these areas when asked. She is down to earth so doesn't make you feel awkward and the soft music and aromatic oils (which are also customised) help to create a perfectly relaxed atmosphere. I would highly recommend booking a massage with Sylvia, it is worth every penny.

Sylvia is brilliant, I had been looking for a massage therapist for some time before being recommended to try her. I had tried several places prior to finding Sylvia and they just didn't cut it. Having tried a massage 5 years ago I haven't looked back! I'd highly recommend her.
