        The service that we received from Rob and the team at Otley Funeral Care was absolutely perfect, nothing was too much trouble for them and Rob himself was in contact with me on many occasions to keep me informed of what was going on.... thank you to the team on the care and consideration and the help we received with our late uncles passing

        I cannot recommend Rob and his team highly enough. We had to switch funeral providers as we were not happy with another well known provider and Rob made the process seemless. He showed so much compassion throughout the entire process, which was an extremely difficult time for us. I feel he went above and beyond to make everything as easy as possible so for that we are truly grateful. Thank you to the entire team.

        I can't praise Rob and the team too highly, they have all been wonderful from start to finish. The funeral was beautiful, dignified and everything we could have hoped for, especially in such difficult times. The aftercare was fantastic, the additions to the existing headstone were perfect and I was kept informed at every step. I highly recommend Otley Funeralcare to anyone.
