        Nigel's details were passed to me as I was in need of development finance. Armed with our business plan and costings, he was within a matter of days, able to organise a suitable lender that met our criteria. We have been able to develop a terrace of 5 houses and Nigel has been with us throughout the build. We are in discussions about another project - and Nigel is expected to be helping us along again. His knowledge of the industry is excellent and he certainly knows who to speak to!!!
