        Good charging point. Currently free. Always try to top up here, when on business. Starting to get used a lot though!

        The only working fast charger in Otley and the only 22kW type 2 charger in Otley. Shame it can only charge 1 vehicle rapidly and the other spot is reserved for taxis at all times. The council needs to address this. It's been a problem for long enough and it's impacting both local businesses and residents who benefit from people traveling in to Otley to shop and work. EV owners can't reliably charge when the only decent charger in Otley is overwhelmed. This one works fine. Just a shame there aren't 10 of them around the town.

        Awful experience! Definitely not free. Website doesnt work, helpline gives you a name of the app to register that doesnt exist. No way to charge your car!

        I am new to this just a signed on today((20/07) I have a Tesla3 and tried to use all 3 charging points in Otley. Unable to get any charge anywhere. Please help, Contacted Engie who got the machine to accept my credit card. Supposed to be free. No use if it does not work
