I completed a form on the internet requesting replacement boiler quotes from 3 local heating engineers. Shortly afterwards Nadia rang from the Stockport office asking me to confirm the address details. I told her the boiler needed replacing in my parents house and they no longer lived there and I didn't want to give out the address to unknown people, obviously for security reasons with the house being unoccupied. She persisted and said heating engineers would need to make an appointment to which I said that's fine I have given you the post code for my parents house as well as my address and my parents house is less than 2 miles from where I live. She still wasn't happy because she needed the address in order to make an appointment. I told her she didn't as the suppliers could ring me to make an appointment at which point she hung up on me!!!! How rude is that Nadia? I will certainly not be using this service again and would not recommend anyone else to do so. I suspect it would be much better, and probably cheaper, to search on google and use google reviews to choose the best local suppliers.
