I came to this branch to change the dough machine I bought from the York branch and I encountered a service that I did not deserve and that did not suit Argos. There was a problem with the mixer I bought from York, I went to the york branch and they said that I could change it at the Otley branch because it was out of stock. Even though I have a valid invoice. When I came here, a female employee said that she would change it, and Craig, who claimed that he was the manager of the place at that time, said that he could not change and took the mixer to the back. Why are you taking my mixer to the back if you're not going to replace the first one? second, do you have any knowledge to fix it? Thirdly, I say that I came from an hour's journey, he says, did I come to you? An employee cannot say to a customer whether I told you to come. Then this manager told me to leave this place and insult me and read the articles that he can change the products in a maximum of six months. And on top of that, I said that there is a one-year Argos warranty and a 5-year factory parts warranty. Anyway, I know I was right with my documents and what I said. But this manager has no reason not to change it, but I think he is a racist with his insults and humiliations. I felt that he was racist to me in his speech and attitude towards me and no one deserves such treatment. You can't tell me to go read your term and conditions. You can't tell me to leave this place when I read it, can you show me where it is written. You can't say, Did I tell you to come here? You can't just leave me there and take care of other customers and ignore me. I have a valid invoice and I asked for the term and condition to be done. I didn't deserve the rude and insults, Mr Graig. 19/12/22
