Professional Leads

Having been told I would receive a mixed bag (in relation to lead quality) the only thing I experienced was phone numbers where clients were uncontactable. I was charged 162 per lead regardless of whether I could contact them or not. I was recommended a batch of 30 leads but after approximately half this amount I decided to cut my losses. When I said I wasnt prepared to pay for these leads I was threatened with a snotty email saying they would take me to a small claims court. In the end they offered a gesture of good Will and wrote off some of the costs (not a lot). They did offer me their amazing super duper telephone team but they managed to book the grand total of 0 leads in. Im summary it was a terrible experience and one that I wont be doing again. I couldnt recommend enough not using this lot. Cost me approximately 2,000 and I didnt see or speak to one of their leads. Ripped off.

We've been working with Professional Leads for several months now and couldn't be happier with the levels of service. The quality of leads are high and there is never a problem requesting a refund if a lead turns out to be duff. Anyone wanting to grow their client base with quality customers should give them a go

I run an outsourced telemarketing business for financial services companies and we receive literally hundreds of leads per month. Many of them are supplied by Professional Leads and we can honestly say that the quality of the leads and the professionalism of the company are as good as any in the industry. On top of that the company operates a very even handed and reasonable returns policy for leads that may be below par. I would be happy to recommend them as company to deal with if you are interested in buying financial services leads.

We have been working with Professional Leads for over two years now and find them a great company to work with - they explain all about lead generation and provided us with training and guidance on how to deal with leads. Great replacement policy - a really friendly company who are great to work with.

We have very bad experience with this company. we agreed 20 leads within a month but only received 3 leads not enough information. No lead pick the call. We asked for different industry leads but when we receive leads the request was different. The company changed us 370 for unprofessional services and we would not recommend this company to any one. They are after money which i found after receiving threatening emails for legal action. The sales representative agreed that if we will not make any business out of 20 leads then they will not charge any fees but case was different. Very unprofessional and only after money.
