I typically dont call out good service as usually I have the mindset that someone is just doing their job, however forget good service, lets talk great service and a superb advert for Edward Johnson. My dealings with James, the Service Manager have been nothing short of fantastic. When others having been telling me youll not get those parts for you Stead for months and months (I was told this over 4 times), I called James last week and mentioned this to him. Within HOURS he had sourced the parts I needed and today followed up with delivery information genuinely it was the first time in a long time Ive seen this positive, proactive attitude and true customer first service. Great experience and you have a someone who made a difference. In future my business will be you Edward Johnson guaranteed!

Absolutely excellent service! Can't recommend enough! Very helpful and friendly, I trust these guys 100%. James even saved my sunglasses from the broken sunglasses holder.. twice! I dont put them in there anymore... thanks James and Co!

My faith restored in Garages. From the first point of contact with Andrew, this garage is exceptional. Purchased a really nice quality used car which was delivered to me some 100 miles away and I can't express enough how straight forward the whole experience has been. A truly trust worthy family garage who go above and beyond. Will not hesitate to recommend and to go back when I come to replace this one. Thank you Andrew and Team.
