        I ordered a selection of ciders for my 94-year old aunt for Christmas - I first did this last year and she (and her family) liked them so much they dropped pretty heavy hints about wanting more. So I ordered by phone from Karen, who was very helpful, they were delivered when promised and the delivery man even carried them over the doorstep as my aunt is somewhat frail. Frail she might be, but she's firing on all cylinders and knows a good cider when she gets one. She just rang me to say thanks, she's delighted. All in all, a very good experience!

        My order never reached the address it was sent to. In fact it was sent back to the retailer and shockingly they never contacted my to arrange re delivery or a refund
