Be prepared for the owner to slag you off when you leave the shop to the next customer. So on so forth. She was more interested in gossiping. Not a nice person at all very fake. Bought 3 deals in a Wowcher which was brilliant as 2 were gifts. We all went along on the Saturday together and had a 10 surcharge each, then an extra 10 for thick hair. Now I paid for 2 full head of highlights and 1 T section . We ended up having 1 T section thin shoulder length hair the coverage was horrendous and she left so much grey.1 full head of colour thick hair ended up being a roots touch up . This cost me an extra 50 in total. Looking at it now. I think I was overcharged by at least 10.....

Do not bother buying a groupon voucher or deal or going to this salon at all- all the bad reviews are exactly right!. I called the salon to get booked in and I was told not to buy the groupon voucher and pay directly to herself. I then called the day of my appointment to check how much it would be as I was requiring a toner which I knew would be extra- I was told to re arrange and that I hadnt a toner booked in I said it would be fine without as I really needed my hair colouring. I was told to come earlier she might be able to fit it in or I would have to leave with wet hair. I was then told it would be an extra 10 for long hair and an extra 15 to cut it and 25 for a toner!!! I wanted a couple of inches cutting of one length. I asked why when its all being cut off and also the voucher stated a cut and blow dry was included. She then said its a restyle and you have long hair I need to be paid for my time etc. a restyle isnt a few inch one length cut. this would be 79 in total when the voucher on groupon states 29.I cancelled in the end. The lady is rude her tone is rude and she shouldnt have deals on groupon if she is just trying to scam people out of more money. The whole point of a groupon voucher is a cheaper deal. I am glad I called before hand otherwise it would of been a wasted journey all the way to otley. Zero customer service skills what so ever. Will be reporting to groupon also. AVOID
