Will not be buying from this cooplands again, nothing on the shelves, 1 fresh sandwich left and a handful of dried up looking pastries. No smile with the service Didnt help me pack any of my food up when I asked him for a bag which greggs even finds time to do when theyre busy.

Slick service with deals on drink and food joint selections etc. Value for money. We have wheelchair and the ramps inside shop are bit steep but necessary.

The staff at the Otley branch are clearly letting down the brand, while Skipton are friendly and give Cooplands the edge with the USP of being customer centric, the shocking hostile and aggressive manner of two of the staff in here was nothing short of shocking, when the first hostile comment came we reeled back in shock then his comrade in arms a female had to stand strong and add insult to injury, not only was the sandwich not as the advertised content we had to ask for the dressing and got that good old huff and tuttthen as we left the sarcasm and at this point down right upsetting commentary was utterly out of orderwhen will staff learn without a USP and the fact a small town has numerous places to buy sandwichesso our custom will go over the road to your competitors
