One guy serving drinks and food, one waitress and one cook ( what could possibly go wrong?) 3 of us waited nearly 1 hour for sirloin steak, hunters chicken and chicken and ribs with baked potato. The plates were cold, the. butter didnt melt when placed on the potato. Luke warm food at best. The manager disappeared for 5-10 minutes at a time while serving food and drinks, when he did finally ask us if everything was ok we told him no etc. etc. When finished we asked for the bill, 15 minutes elapsed before my wife had to go to the till and grab the attention of the manager. Nice flavour of the Sirloin steak. The rest just bog standard pub food at 3 times the price. My advice would be to go over the road to Murgatroyds fish and chips. By the way they had run out of mushrooms. At 12:45 PM.!!!!!

Never again waited to be seated for 15 minutes no one came to us had to go to bar to get someone she took is to are table an walked away another 20 minutes went by and no 1 came to take are order so had to go find a member of staff took are order we all ordered the 2 course 15 minutes later a young gentleman came out to tell us there was no chicken wings so we ordered a different starter for him t bring it out 10 minutes later. The kids got veggie sticks were the carrots and cucumber was all dry then as he put last start down said are main meal was nearly ready would we like it now we agreed because by this time we had been waiting a hour 15 minutes a few minutes later he bought are mains out dint give us any time to even start are starter never mind finish it 3 had steaks asked for rare and all come out well done I wouldn't like to think what there would have done with are mains if we said no we don't want the mains yet my partner ordered another pint for it not to turn up we did go for 3 course but cancelled the pudding as the service and waiting was poor and had other engagement at 6 so ask for bill and left very bad service food was poor never again and can't blame it being bank holiday and being busy as there was a total of 8 tables with people on

Wouldn't bother, both staff members in a different world. Service non existence! Need to sack lot of them. An hour for starters. Orders all Wrong. Beefeater stop sending me offers for this clown show.

Greated by a nice lad who seated us but then thats about the end of the positives. Handed a slip of paper with all the items not available and took our order. Once the food eventually arrived an hour later it was plonked on the table no offer of sauces etc, ordered another round of drinks when the mains arrived which only came when I spoke to the waiter 20mins after we had finished our mains. No check backs, understaffed, under trained & generally nobody cares once your sat on your seat you are completely forgotten.
