I asked Regal Fire and Security to provide a quote for a new home alarm system. Their response was very prompt and communication was excellent. The quote from Regal was the clearest and most detailed of the ones we received and the price for the job was very reasonable. A couple of queries I had were answered speedily by Karl. We agreed a date for the installation and Karl and Ben arrived at the time promised. Their work was careful, thorough and tidy and they updated me as the job progressed. Once the new system was installed and tested Karl gave me a clear explanation of the settings and said he would be happy to advise if I had any problems. Regal provide a friendly and helpful service and demonstrated that they are a professional and reliable firm. I highly recommend them.
