        Absolutely fantastic company. Had a little misunderstanding (probably my fault) on time for engineer to visit absolutely outstanding customer service and understanding from both Sandra and Owen highly highly recommend!

        Be clear about your pricing. When people call you for a repair they are usually desperate and in despair. So I suggest you train your staff in dealing with such customers and be clear with pricing. Its not a matter of paying peanuts from what your replying to your customers, its simply an issue of saying this cost is just for coming to hve a look ,anything else is extra. Say that and people would understand. You also say its a shame you use public forums to air grievances ,well duh!! Thats the point of reviews!
