Ordered a prescription 2 weeks ago and believed it to be ready, walked down about a mile. It was not ready.

Turned up at their advertised opening time to collect an urgent prescription. Pharmacy was closed, lights were off. Utterly appalling. Neighbouring GP did not know as they hadnt told anyone. Should be closed.

The worst chemist ever, Staff are awful people, absolutely horrible place. Never go away where near the place. Definitely one that needs closing down. No wonder they are in trouble

This chemist has seriously gone down hill. The doctors send across the prescriptions which they never seem to have in stock. The queues can be out of the door and if they do have them in stock then its usually a long wait. Today I got an emergency doctors appointment and I have tonsillitis and an ear infection . The doctor told me to collect the prescription at lunch time. My husband went around 2pm and they had him waiting for over 15 minutes before the chemist told him they have no stock of penicillin and I would have to wait till tomorrow afternoon. They couldnt give a time. Simply unacceptable. Lloyds need to take a serious look at this chemist
