I joined Dynamic just over three years ago as a Registered Manager. I have seen the company blossom into a respected and valued Care Provider which goes above and beyond in all aspects of its service. As a team, the staff are extremely proud of what they achieve and this is evident in the care that they provide. They are in care because they love the job and love the clients. We all have a fantastic relationship and this helps in the day to day running and morale of everyone, both staff and clients. We hear good things on a daily basis about how good and committed the staff are from clients, relatives and multi-disciplinary teams. It is an absolute privilege to work for this company!!!
