Recently had my first appointment with John to review my ankle problem and from the first contact knew he was going to be good and it turned out to true !! Following the usual admin John very quickly assessed my problem, fully explained how and why the ligament had been damaged , massaged the area and finally, advised/ demonstrated on required exercises, all followed up with confirmation by email . After a flare up of some posture related back pain I had suffered previously, I decided not to endure weeks/months on an NHS waiting list once more and opted to try the practice to see if they could fit me in with their physio. On leaving a message I was immediately contacted by John and was seen an hour later for a consultation / treatment! I cannot speak highly enough of John who was hands on as soon as he was able to assess me and I felt results that day and unbelievably to me 48 hours later was pain free. I have since recommended him to family members who are also seeking treatment with him and who I know will benefit from doing so. I have seen many physios over many years and without doubt John is THE best

I met with John for a diagnosis of a new knee problem.He provided excellent treatment and provided written evidence to my GP which has lead to speedy referrals to take the matter further.Im sure without this support I would have had a much longer wait.Many thanks John

Went to see John kockram with a knee problem after a consultation and manipulation I was able to walk properly for the first time in 2 months. Would highly recommend
