Dan worked with me for months as I prepared to export my dog to the USA. He tirelessly answered each and every question and concern of mine and often on the same day. Sable arrived to Atlanta safe and sound and is enjoying her time here in the states. I was very impressed with this company and wont hesitate to use it again in the future!

We've just had our 2 dogs sent over to Cyprus and Sam and the team have been fantastic over the Chrstmas period to get everything organised and booked in. From start to finish they've been brilliant. Helping out with and questions or queries and also giving advice for the destination. Anyone looking to import/export I would recommend Jets4Pets. Thanks to all involved!!

After being told by other companies it wouldnt be possible to fly our frenchie, Sam told us it would be and it was. Were now in Thailand- Willow included and these guys took care of everything they could. Slight hiccup at collection trying to find where to collect her from but they brought her to us in the end and she was very happy to see us. I dont think Sam would have known this, but a little more communication in general would have been great.

Our cat flew from London, UK to Miami, USA. Her journey started in Liverpool where she was picked up a day prior to travel. While Dan was very efficient in booking the transportation (2 weeks before departure) at a competitive price, communication during our cat's travel was very poor. Starting with our cat's pickup, we were not told who or when the pickup driver would arrive (or for what company he worked for). The pickup driver did not work for Jet4Pets and we had to liaise directly with him, he also did not have any information other than he was collecting a cat (didn't know her name, where she was traveling to, etc.). We then did not receive any notification from Jet4Pets, even after our cat landed and was picked up in Miami. Our cat also arrived with her blanket soaking wet because of her water having splashed around, whether this is due to the flight and unavoidable, or to do with the fact she was offloaded in a fork lift we are not sure, however all her documentation was also soaked and is ruined because of it. When our cat was picked up, there was also a $50 fee and a 2 hour wait post arrival, neither was told to us beforehand (we even paid extra for a customs agent). For the price paid, we would have expected more updates as to her whereabouts during her travel. For example, knowing who was picking her up/where he worked, where they were taking her, when she arrived at the kennel, and when she boarded the plane -- including pictures would have been an easy and nice touch for our own peace of mind. While we are happy and thankful that our cat arrived safely, we do believe that your services fell below the price charged. We feel obligated to leave an honest review for future clients as we felt in the dark as to our cat's whereabouts for all of the trip.

We used Jets 4 Pets to move our 2 1/2 year old Sprocker from London to Australia. Sam made the experience very straightforward! She provided us with lots of relevant information and guided us through the process, responding to our questions very quickly, as well as liaising with our vet. We would definitely recommend their services.
