On ordering from B P Turf, the process seemed relatively easy. How incorrect I was. When I arrived at the farm, I was expected to carry 15 rolls of turf by myself across a muddy field to get it into my car, I could not park closer. I asked for help and the woman implicitly said no. A man came out of the farm and they both simply watched as I lugged 15 rolls of turf by myself without any support. It was filthy work and I expected better service for the price I payed. Do NOT buy from this place unless you are aware that they offer NO help. This was also not disclosed to me on the phone.
