NPH Group Rapid Testing Facility

I chose to have the 'same day' service PCR test at Leeds Bradford Airport. Whilst the cost of the same day service is high, it was money very well spent. The result was emailed to me 1.5hrs after the appointment which is just amazingly quick!! Worth every penny and will now be using them every time I'm travelling

Avoid if you can. You are better off somewhere else. Tests are cheaper now everywhere yet still expensive there.

Does not deserve 1 star. Do not use!! Totally incompetent, waste of time and stress. Non existent communication, useless and rude staff on the phone. I had to change my test as my flight could not land and I had to get another later. I tried to rebook my test and was first chastised saying should have contacted them earlier, I explained I was in air at the time. Over the next couple of hours I rang them 5 times and each time I was promised a call back to rearrange an appointment because the staff on the phone couldnt actually do anything. I never received a call back, had to book with another company.

good service, but overpriced. If you can do it outside the airport, you will save some good money.

Ordered two lateral flows for travel, staff were friendly, we were in and out in 4 minutes and had our results within 20 minutes. No complaints at all
