        So I rang up yesterday and spoke to a very helpful lady. Asked her if they sold vertical radiators. I was told they did but they would have to order one in, if I came in they would sort it out. Went in today (Thursday) mid morning, showroom shut. Clearly on the door they open all weekdays. I was told by a lady that whoever does customer service changed her day off from tomorrow! This in its own right is strange because the door clearly stated that they open Friday as well. As it happens we didnt want just a radiator we want a complete bathroom also. Needless to say I will look elsewhere. Does not even deserve a rating of one.
