Had a very difficult sale and purchase which Angela dealt with amazingly. Unfortunately sale of my leasehold glad had several drop outs and a difficult final buyer, but Angela persevered with them and finally we got the sale completed. Communication was good, with quick responses to emails. Would recommend anyone to use

We are currently waiting for Morrish Solicitors to respond to our solicitor. It has been 3 weeks in which our solicitor and the estate agent have been calling and emailing them but have had no response to their enquiries. This is appalling and is wasting time and money. Update 10.01.2023 Morrish Solicitors LLP - Yeadon. Dealing with Mark Laird who is still seemingly very difficult to get hold of. Very little movement since November 2022 and everything is on hold with the purchase because of this.

We experienced fantastic service from Mark Laird last year when we sold our house. A challenging sale due to our own circumstances but Mark could not have been more supportive - always on the other end of the phone to talk through any concerns. I had an excellent experience from the team at Morrish in Yeadon. In particular, Angela and Mark. As a first time buyer Angela clearly spoke me through all the paperwork and legal jargon, efficiently moving the process forwards at all times. Though the purchase was lengthy and quite frustrating (to no fault of anyone from Morrish), they went above and beyond to solve and chase down answers for me. They were extremely responsive to any emails and phone calls I made to the branch. I had such an excellent experience and would recommend them to anyone searching for a conveyancing solicitor.
