Been on this network for over a year and its never missed a beat. You can also get someone on the phone immediately 365 days a year if there are any issues. 1st class company.

Like many people in rural areas I did not have access to an Internet service to the level at which I needed for both work and as a home life-line - Boundless Networks' services enabled me to consume the content that would otherwise be unavailable to me - so I signed up around 7 years ago. But times have moved on. My area of the country does now have access to super-fast broadband. Have I moved away from Boundless Networks because of this? No. I get the service I need from BN, at a fantastic price. I no longer require a home telephone line - normally a prerequisite for broadband. So that's nearly a 20/month cost avoidance immediately. Also the broadband services are more cost effective than others on the market. Their technical support is great. I have had cause to contact BN on a couple of occasions to inquire why my service seemed slow, or because there was an outage. On one occasion it turned out that one of my machines was updating some software and doing some heavy downloads. Tech support helped point out what was going on. On another occasion I got a personal call back, on a Sunday night, to check if everything was okay again. So in summary, I'm very pleased with the service, and the people behind it.
