        I was sold a twin room. I got there and there was a double bed with a fold up camp bed. The camp bed was only big enough for a teenager. The young lad on the reception was eating when I arrived at 9pm and was talking with his mouth full. I could hardly understand him when he said my room number was it 40 or 14. I told him I was unhappy with my room but he said they didn't do twin rooms and he didn't usually work in this hotel anyway. Good help he was!!!!
