        Went to shop in Leeds airport 11.10.18 to buy 10 scratch cards. Could only buy 1 as lady said she could not get to them as they were all inside display case and she did not have key to get access . No manager available. What a way to run business. Muppets .

        Has a lot to offer with a good selection but when it comes to food and drinks outside the meal deal, the Boots next door is cheaper
