Although i did not manage to get the car i wanted , the customer service from this garage was fault less. I would have no hesitation in purchasing a vehicle from them . I dealt with a sales executive called Ben ,definitely at the top of his game and most importantly made you feel valued as a customer. It makes all the difference to the buyer . Thank you Ben. Went to look for a car today walked around outside All round the showroom, good at talking amongst themselves But can not ask a customer if they would like any assistance Take my custom elsewhere as they dont need it

Hi James was quite polite to us but didn't I felt we wasn't offered enough for my wife's car, the car we were going to purchase had marks or damage on it. It was also dirty and a wheel had damage so we decided to look elsewhere.

Horrible service. Paid for a major service for our MK7 Golf and when we picked it up and paid, we were told that our receipt would be emailed to us. Of course it never arrived. Over and over again I asked for our receipt and service report, and every time I was promised it would be sent. I tried emailing, calling, and even going in person. Every time they promised to send the documents, and every time they didn't keep their promise. Absolutely unbelievable. In the end, I filed a formal complaint with Volkswagen UK, which helped because within a day I received my receipt and service report. Stay away from this business if you can, I will look for another place to service my car next time. Oh, and do you think I got any compensation for all my trouble, or even an excuse? Of course not.
