CORE BELIEF PILATES

Core Belief Pilates has been life changing for me. After having my twins I needed help getting back on track but little did I know that an old injury from sport when I was young that I thought I just had to live with, Yusra corrected. I was amazed! I look forward to seeing Yusra every week as I leave feeling so much better. Her studio is a calm oasis and incredibly inviting. Not only does she help build strength and improve my fitness but my overall wellness has improved. She has such an indepth knowledge of the human body and is constantly increasing her knowledge. I really cant sing Yusras praises high enough.

Yusra was highly recommended to me by my chiropractor 4 years ago. From my very first visit I loved her classes. She is so helpful and supportive, explaining clearly how you can achieve the very best from each lesson. Yusra is not only my Pilates teacher, she has become a very dear friend who I know I can turn to if I need help and advice with any strains or injuries.

A little oasis in Kemsing. My weekly session is the best 60 minutes of my week (family time excluded) Yusra is the ultimate Pilates sensei. Im becoming stronger, taller and more much flexible due to her expertise! In Yusra we trust!

Yusra is my inspiration! I limped in broken with neck & back issues and have ended up so inspired that I recently trained to teach Pilates myself. I also follow her classes online & attend in person when possible. I have attended 1-2-1s in her beautiful garden studio- which is a haven of peace & tranquility, beams & mirrors & just beauty (but dont let that fool you, she will WORK your ass!! ). This lady KNOWS her stuff. She really does know bodies. And how to mend bodies. Go there, people!!

I could not recommend Yusra highly enough. I have been attending her group classes for over 7 years and worked through a number of injuries and two pregnancies with her. She is excellent at tailoring the class to your specific needs and has a great teaching style - focused, clear, empathetic and with a good dose of humour too. Her anatomical knowlegde is fantastic. I have also recently been having 1-1 reformer sessions in her garden studio - very well equipped and a real haven of serenity! She allows plenty of time for the sessions and is really accommodating if I need to change a session. My recent injury would have been very debilitating and her sessions have made a huge difference in my recovery. Thank you Yusra.
