Whilst we were buying a house marketed by Cliftons Maureen could not have been more professional in Helping us progress our negotiations. Having agreed our purchase pre COVID Matters were delayed due to lock down , but I have to say that by way of sales progress , Valerie was superb every step of the way. My wife and I are now very proud owners of our dream family house and we couldnt have done that without Maureen and Valerie!

From the moment we connected with Maureen and Lisa from the Otford Branch we felt we were in very capable hands. Maureen's advice and guidance from the start was professional and relevant. She remained confident and calm throughout the whole process which made us feel confident and calm too. If it wasn't for her and Lisa things would not have been as successful as they were. At the other end of the process was Valerie who was tireless in her efforts to secure and progress the sale/purchase at either end of the chain. We appreciate all the hard work that Maureen, Lisa and Valerie displayed throughout. Their professionalism was second to none. We have moved many times over the years and we speak from experience when it comes to quality service. Fortunately for us this is our last move. Never have I come across a agent as bad as this in my 23 years being a residential and commercial landlord. It pains me to even give them one star. A property I wanted to buy in otford high st came to the market In autumn 2019. I requested a viewing on line. I didn't hear back from the agent. I chased them up by phone a couple of days later. I was told a neighbour of the seller was buying it. Very unprofessional I thought. Hardly getting the best price for their clients by not allowing keen buyers like myself to view and make a offer and not allowing competitive bidding.! !. Amazingly in August 2020 this property came to the market again. I made a viewing apt for 5pm on Saturday the 8th August. Guess what. A couple of days before I received a voicemail saying a offer had been accepted.?? Again I thought, why did the agent not allow all viewings?? I may have offered 10 to 25 k over asking if I had had the opportunity to view ! ! A friend of mine was in the village 2 weeks after and notified me it was still up for sale. ?? The plot thickens ! ! I made 3 calls to the agent leaving my details again ( phone and email) .I haven't heard a thing. !! People in otford and sevenoaks need to know potential buyers are being blocked, hence lowering the sale price considerably. Had I been given the opportunity to view I would have happily paid 15,000 to 25,000 over the asking price subject to.the viewing not throwing up any issues. I'm Disgusted by their unprofessional attitude ! !
