Use OBM on a semi-regular basis, and service is always good, but what compelled me write this five-star review was the fantastic service I received this week when in urgent need of sharp sand after underestimating the quantity I originally needed. I called on the Tuesday to see how quickly they could get some out, and Leigh who I spoke to was incredibly helpful, arranging a delivery for the following day. On that Wednesday I realised that I needed another bag, and although the lorry was full for that day they managed to squeeze me in for the Friday morning, noting my preference for a morning delivery if possible. They delivered this Friday at 8am, which was perfect and meant that I wasn't having to hang around waiting on the materials I needed to finish the job today. Great customer service from start to finish, and I won't hesitate to use them again in future. Special thanks to Leigh for going above and beyond to help and be understanding of my poor estimation abilities!
