At an early stage of the renovation of our 1930's home I shopped around for a company who could sympathetically replace the existing rotten sash windows with UPVC replicas. Matt followed up (one of the few) and asked to show me some examples in the office and also some in the local area they had replaced to assure me this was their speciality. We proceeded after Matt came to the house and offered his guidance and advice. Mark followed up with a site survey which was extremely thorough. We replaced all of the windows and had french doors installed, as well as new doors. All of the team we had on site did a fabulous job. Steve the bricklayer did have a few headaches salvaging the old sandstone windowsills and matching the lime mortar, especially when we realised we wanted another french door and had to undo his original work! As with any large instillation there will be a few snags, but I cannot compliment OWD highly enough in the way Matt, Michael, Jude and Mark dealt with any problems or concerns. Many companies can sell you a project/products or services, however these days very few follow up their promises with exceptional customer post sales service. The guys at OWD do this as part of their DNA. I cannot recommend them enough. Everyone compliments the new windows and doors and it has breathed new life into the old house. Brilliant company. We contacted Matt as we wanted an extension and had no clue how to go about it. He put us in touch with an architect who was brilliant (George). George sorted the planning. We went back to Matt with the plans and the permission. He quoted with no pressure. Giving good advice on how to get the best end product. Project overran a little due to factors beyond OWDs control (building regs) during which we were kept up to date. The team are really friendly and delivered a great job. They kept our frenchie entertained during the build. If you want a builder who is friendly, honest, delivers great quality and go the extra mile Id highly recommend OWD.

Excellent after sales service from OWD , had all my windows and front door from them, they look amazing, top quality workmanship. They even helped me source new door handles for old doors I already had. Cant fault their customer service, always helpful, many thanks Matt and the team.

Today OWD finished replacing my windows, doors, facias, gutters and soffits. I am very happy with all the work they've done. The whole team have been extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend them very highly.
