Jo Sudlow is dreadful to deal with. Incredibly rude and clearly has a higher opinion of herself than of her clients. Left high and dry one week before wedding and had to scramble to find replacement service. Thankfully we found someone who was lovely to deal with, had great communication skills and and understood the wedding was actually happening - all things Jo Sudlow struggled with. Avoid this rude and awful person. Does not deserve to be in business, never mind the business of other peoples weddings.

Appalling company- do not use. They have had a change of name, but dont be fooled! This company previously had numerous bad reviews, owing to their horrendous customer service. They supplied sub standard items for my wedding and then were non-contactable. They have turned off there review function on Facebook for a reason......numerous dissatisfied Brides! Many of which Ive been in contact with. For such an important day in your lives, I urge you not to use this company. They will take your money, fail to communicate properly following this and in some cases, spoil the day. Luckily a local company replaced the poor quality items on the morning of my wedding.....after much stress!

Do not use Elegant Events Oswestry if you have any events coming up. This company have refused me a refund of 310 for their magic mirror when I had to postpone my wedding due to Covid 19. As they are unavailable for my rearranged date and I didnt give 4 weeks notice (the government announced lockdown 2 and a half weeks before!) they have refused my refund and told me to claim on my insurance. My insurance company has also found a clause and are not willing to pay so thanks very much Elegant Events for your wonderful customer service!
