I booked 3 days before and they didnt turn up. Contacted them after 15 minutes to be told there wasnt a car available and would be at least another 30 minutes wait. How can you run a business like that!!! Keep your customers informed if there is a problem.

Absolutely ridiculous service booked 3 days in advance and then after a 15 minute delay state they do not have the cars/drivers available. Never take the booking in the first place if you are unable to fulfil the booking, absolute shambles. Take steps, take serious steps

Booked a 3 mile taxi journey over a month in advance from a wedding venue just outside Oswestry to the Premier Inn, no issue taking us there in the morning however left us waiting an hour and a half for the return journey. Booked for pickup at midnight, no sign of them gone 1:25am, luckily Oswalds Taxis bailed us out. Dispatchers kept saying the taxi was 15 minutes away which was complete rubbish. Do not book taxis or rely on this bunch. Apparently also recently merged with Go Cars, more like No Cars based on the driver this morning who said theyre seriously lacking drivers!
