Had my car serviced here today; the chap on service reception (Adam) was really helpful and explained everything that was done to the car. The garage was not too far from town so went to explore while my car was being done. As promised I was given a call when the car was ready and went back to collect. Great service and look forward to going back next year.

I would highly recommend Furrows Oswestry. Very professional and knowledgeable when helping to choose a new car and part exchange. Have been a customer of theirs for over 30 years and nothing is ever too much trouble.

Furrows company sold us koda Karoq that had faulty gearbox/engine of 1.5TSi manual petrol that kangaroo when first start in cold. Upon handover, we were presented the car parked in front of the dealership, already started and warmed up...I wonder why, since the car loses that characteristic then. Anyway, few days later even through our protest, even written one, Furrows did not want to know. They kept making excuses that the car manufacturer does not recognise this as fault - try going through a roundabout with gas pedal that does respond! We are absolutely livid even though it's few years since this has happened. Big shame on you! DV68SRU.
