        Young girl served me only served me once before and got part the order wrong asked for Italian bread given tiger bread. This time she gave me the wrong bread again hearty Italian this time instead of normal Italian which wouldnt of bother me only it came with several pieces of hair in tuna. Dont think ill be going back in a hurry

        The shop has just gone downhill, Ive been there twice recently and had rubbish experiences both time. Been spoken rather rudely too by the manager. And last week was served FROZEN chicken. I then took this back to the shop for the manager to put a probe in a piece of chicken and then tell me it was not frozen. When it most certainly was. I told her to pick it up and tell me its not frozen. She then offered me a new portion of chicken, which i definitely did not want, not of the same batch anyway! Sandwiches came scrambled, bread ripped etc. no crisps out either! I have previously worked in subway myself many years back and it was never as bad as this. I wont be returning to the Oswestry store.
