The only reason I am giving one star is because for a start it wont let me give zero, and the equipment is decent. However, the management is absolutely disgraceful. From beginning to end, I am disappointed in how this gym is run. The staff allow 24/7 access to friends but advertises that this is not an option, they do not respond to messages on any platform, I cancelled my membership 4 months ago and have been charged every month since. Obviously I did not realise, and I trusted that they had the competence to cancel my direct debit. I message and FINALLY after waiting for a response they suggest I am lying; I provide proof and they assure me it will get sorted. I am still waiting for a refund 3 weeks later. I message again, they read and ignore. Again, read and ignored. Absolutely disgusting when Im out of pocket by almost 100. The 30 day cancellation notice was a joke in the first place, and now I cant even trust them to get my money back. This gym has brilliant equipment and a great atmosphere, its a shame that the management is so poor because it really brings it down.
