Trained with Luke for 6 months, and couldnt highly recommend him enough! Program was great and the 1-to-1 support was fantastic, always had time to answer questions, push me to achieve better and work hard. Anyone looking for a PT - Luke is the guy!

Luke is extremely knowledgeable. His coaching is fun but full of explanation why you are doing what youre doing.

From our very first meeting (which I was nervous about after not having trained for a long time!) Luke has been so kind, understanding, empathetic and most of all so positive and encouraging. Every single session leaves me in a better mood than when I started and he is a joy to train with His multi faceted approach has helped me with not just physical exercise, but all the other things that contribute to improving physical and mental wellness. I was in a very dark place before we met and I honestly can say that with his help and support I am doing so much better and I'm excited and optimistic about the future.

Been a client of Lukes for nearly a year now and with his help have managed to smash my original goals and exceed personal expectations! Very thorough with everything he does and knows exactly what needs to be done for you to get where you want to be. Wouldnt be where I am today without his support so cant recommend him highly enough.

I started online sessions with Pip back in Jan 21, and as soon as the gym opened we relocated. Pip has been amazing at getting me motivated. I didn't think Id every enjoy the gym, and now I cannot wait for my sessions. All the trainers are welcoming and friendly and I would 100% recommend Pip and the Imperium team, I cant wait to see what the future holds.
