On Target Mortgages

Alex has been working with us over the last few years whilst we have been trying to find uniques properties for a business. All of these we're challenging for various reasons. For each random request, Alex worked tirelessly to find solutions and support us in acquiring a mortgage that suited. Most of these solutions came to naught for various reasons, largely someone coming in with more funds than us. However, we finally found a project that we were able to see to fruition, and that should have been a simple mortgage request.
