Not long moved into Shropshire area. The Allcarz "choice" came off the back of a local's referral and asking a few searching questions. This organisation's professional throughout. It produces excellent work, on time, keeping the customer fully informed at all points. We believe the owners have worked hard at creating this culture and work ethos. Communications are fast. Invoicing's done online, immediately work's completed. Prices compare favourably but moreover Allcarz deliver excellent value for money and create a really positive customer experience when MOTs/repairs/new tyres are needed. As we all know, that can be a rare thing when it comes to car repairs/servicing. Individual mentions for our two recent visits go to Amie & Dave for handling all matters so efficiently and politely. But also to the technicians behind the front desk actually doing the repairs. In our case Dan, who worked hard and fast to get all the work completed in time for our collection. Overall Allcarz is clearly a very busy company and our guess is that is down to the entire team's reputation for delivering a first class service proposition. They do seem to gel and work "together" really well as one unit. In short, they know what they're doing. Our opinion given here is that if all of this is important to you when choosing a car repairer, then contact Allcarz and see for yourself, as we did. Compared with (some) past repairers we have had the misfortune of dealing with, Allcarz is like a breath of fresh air.
